Zach Carruthers

Zach joined HCap in 2002 and became President in 2017. In addition to leading many of our business development initiatives, Zach has completed numerous searches for high level executives in various industries with a particular focus in the insurance industry. Before joining HCap, Zach held operational and business development positions for a successful dot.com. Zach authored “Career Trends Among Commercial Lines Underwriters” published in the National Underwriter. Zach holds an Economics degree from the University of Missouri. An avid sailor, Zach and his family enjoy their lakeside cottage at Lake Lotawana.
