Our history in the search business dates back to 1968
with Christopher & Long.
The firm was rebranded as HCap (Human Capital) Search in 2002. The principals of HCap Search are Dave Flanders (joined Christopher & Long in 1973); Gary Abram (joined Christopher & Long in 1979); Barry Tower (joined in 1980) and Zach Carruthers (joined in 2002). HCap Search is based in Kansas City, MO and serves clients across the United States.
