Our Process

There’s a reason that old clichés endure; they convey meaning better than flowery language.
In our case…”no stone unturned” comes to mind. We take on critical tasks (recruiting great people) that are sometimes monumentally difficult and time consuming (depending on the experience required). Further, that critical task is not something that is a core competency of most organizations.

When those difficult conditions occur in organizations, we do four things differently than our clients or competition:

1. We thoroughly understand the requirements for success (the order)
2. We tirelessly source until we get the candidate (truly recruit telling the client’s story)
3. We will always make this “personal.” Personal connections rather than database work.
4. We stay engaged to help insure a successful conclusion (negotiations, counter-offers, relocation)
